Well, life has seen some changes over the past year!
I always knew I wanted to start a family, but as someone who prioritizes daily activities, I worried about how I could continue to maintain my endorphin-starved lifestyle – both during pregnancy and in my new life afterwards.
The good news is that I’m now a mom to an absolutely amazing almost 1-year-old, and I’m still me – the daily exercise quota is intact.
However, I had to control my training volume while the little one grew inside me – and after she arrived, my daily fitness dose has been much more “what is possible” as opposed to “what is optimal “. And that’s very good.
I would love to write more, and one day (when I have more than 25% nap time) I will. In the meantime, there is:
