These crumbly, sweet and juicy blueberry crumble bars can be manufactured any time of the year thanks to frozen berries!

Blueberry Crumble Bars
For the base and crumble
butter or margarine
coconut or brown sugar
Juice from ½ lemon
Icing sugar and sliced almonds for topping
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Lower the butter into compact cubes. Increase to a food items processor or blender with the almond butter and dry components. Pulse until finally the combination comes jointly.
