The role
We are looking for a Head Barista to play a central role in providing an exceptional customer experience to our community.
You will be expected to brew coffee to a consistently high standard.
Work with management to deliver an exciting coffee program in line with our mission to share new things with our customers.
Work collaboratively with the team to provide attentive, efficient and upbeat customer service
Actively contribute to a team looking to build a new community
Ensure that the space and equipment are clean, well maintained and respected by the team.
You will be responsible for upholding our standards, acting as a brand ambassador in everything you do.
Barista experience of at least 2 years is required.
Hours, pay and benefits
36 hours
£11 – £12.50 per hour depending on experience
