We can’t say it enough, but we firmly believe that there are 3 things that matter most when it comes to your health, fitness and mental health:

There’s no point in exercising if it doesn’t give you any feelings of joy or accomplishment or if it isn’t sustainable in the long term.
If you find something you love, you’re more likely to stick with it longer and create long-term habits that benefit you.
Big or small, having a goal keeps you on track
