- 7g baking soda
- 26 g coconut sugar
- 275 g of almond yogurt
- 52 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 15g of salt
- 1,100 g chickpea flour
- 25 g chopped parsley
- 15g dried oregano
- 15g of Urfa fiber
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut sugar, salt, dried oregano, and urfa fiber. Mix well.
- Add the almond yogurt, extra virgin olive oil and filtered water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Stir in the chopped parsley, making sure it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Flatten each ball into a disk about 1/2 inch thick.
