Healthworks Community Fitness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality fitness opportunities and health education to women and children in Boston neighborhoods to prevent and treat chronic disease, improve health and fitness and promote well-being and empowerment. At our Dorchester, Massachusetts location, Healthworks Community Fitness has served more than 20,000 women and children in the community since 2002. Healthworks Community Fitness believes that all women deserve access to fitness and health.

Team 2025: how to get involved
Applications to join our 2025 Boston Marathon team with a charity bib are now open! As a charity runner, you commit to raising a minimum of $10,000 to support Healthworks Community Fitness. The race entry fee is $375 (subject to change by the BAA), and all funds raised will go directly to providing life-changing fitness and health programs for the women and children of the neighborhoods of Boston.
