What is your mission?
I want to uplift people and bring them together.
One way I do this is by offering group life coaching sessions in local areas of London.
What diploma do you have?
I am a certified Co-Active Life Coach trained in Shirzad Chamine’s method of intelligence, psychology, neuroscience and positive psychology from Stanford University. Before becoming a coach, I wrote about health and wellbeing for titles including The Mail on Sunday, Evening Standard, Psychologys and Tatler.
For what?
Countless research tells us that we have never been more alone and disconnected and how destructive it is to our health, well-being, and happiness. Additionally, the longest longevity study ever conducted by Harvard University proved that more than money, fame, professional success, etc., it is the quality of our relationships that helps us live the longest. longer, happiest and healthiest. The solution to many of our mental and physical well-being issues may be as simple as learning to reconnect with community and share our vulnerabilities with those we trust.
Can you explain what coaching is?
Life coaching is actually self-awareness coaching. The more self-aware we are, the more we can make decisions that serve us rather than sabotage ourselves. Coaching is an incredibly challenging and challenging process.
Why is this important to you?
Having previously struggled and suffered with my own limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors, I deeply understand and have great compassion for what it is like to feel stuck, sad, uncaring, alone, scared and uncertain of the direction to take. I feel committed to helping provide the knowledge and support I wish I had received from the start.
Are we all self-sabotaging?
The truth is that the human condition leads us all to unconscious self-sabotage. We hit the self-sabotage button in a variety of ways due to our evolutionary negative bias, which is our propensity to pay greater attention to things that are happening and can go wrong compared to things that could go well and is going well. We are programmed to minimize threats to our survival, so we tend to play small and not live up to our full potential. Becoming aware of what, why and how we self-sabotage gives us the ability to respond differently and in a way that serves rather than destroys. Life coaching also puts an individual’s strengths, passions, skills, goals and life purpose into perspective with a tangible plan for moving forward. Imagine the results when you move from self-sabotage to self-service! It’s day and night, from darkness to light. This is what makes coaching so powerful. The gold is in us; we just need a helping hand with extraction.
Who is group coaching for?
It’s aimed at high achievers who already feel successful in their world but encounter one or two confusing stumbling blocks or pain points that seem insurmountable.
What is the format of the sessions?
There are two options:
– Drop-in group coaching sessions where each person simply shares what they would like to receive coaching on in front of the group.
– 6-part series where each participant commits to attending one group coaching session per week. Topics explored will be connection, communication, trust, purpose, objectives, self-sabotaging behaviors, overcoming fear, and self-awareness.
Sessions last approximately 90 to 120 minutes.
What atmosphere should participants expect?
When you attend group sessions, you will be surprised at how connected you feel to yourself and others. The closeness, trust and love felt is phenomenal. Expect to feel every emotion and feeling and enjoy sensory journeys like guided meditations, breathing sequences, and music that all help to deepen you. Expect to experience many ah-ha moments and gain a new life enriched with deep meaning and purpose.
What is your coaching USP?
I am deeply sensitive to individual needs and provide a fully accepting, non-judgmental, supportive and safe space for everyone to be completely free to be themselves. Each participant must agree to keep the content of the session strictly confidential. I’m also bold and challenge people to go the extra mile that they didn’t even realize they had in them.
Where the sessions take place:
Group sessions are available online and in a private location at W11. Please send an email: [email protected] for more details, including when and where each group takes place.
NB I am always looking to collaborate with places equally dedicated to uplifting and bringing people together in this transformational environment. I would love to hear from you if you would like to offer your space to facilitate our shared mission.
What I wish I knew when I was younger…
I wish I had known that living a fulfilled and optimal life means expecting failure more than success and it is by harnessing the lessons of failure that our greatest strengths, our unique gifts, our potential and our ultimate joy is revealed. And that’s what we’re here to offer the world: all our light that we’ve captured in good times and bad.
