This workshop is an opportunity to practice a selection of poses that help relax and calm the mind and body. We will also explore the use of several breathing techniques to aid our relaxation. There will be an extended guided relaxation session, so please bring extra blankets and layers to stay warm and cozy during quiet times. The studio is fully equipped, but bring your own kit if you can. Parking is available nearby – the Trenchard Street car park is directly behind the studio.
Coffee/tea and cake, courtesy of our upstairs neighbors at Flour House, are included in the cost of the workshop.
